Perform visual, mechanical, dimensional, and functional inspections on incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products;
Validate PCB assemblies against drawings and IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610 standards;
Identify and document nonconforming materials; support disposition processes;
Conduct lead-free compliance testing using XRF equipment;
Ensure compliance with ISO quality, environmental, health, and safety standards
