Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands‑on, results‑driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast‑paced, energetic environment. The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fallout, audits, and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieving stated objectives and meeting current ISO standards.

• Typically manages a single department and/or shift
• Proven experience reviewing KPIs to review processes, improve efficiencies and quality
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and 14001
• Manages the ongoing ISO compliant and cost‑effective manufacture of specific products or sub‑products
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply
• Plans and administers procedures; develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Manages through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and staffing

• Strong leadership skills to set goals and be able to hold teams accountable
• Demonstrate coaching and motivation skills
• Capable to work on a fast‑paced organization
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and adapt to changes
• Demonstrate lean manufacturing experience
• Work well in a team environment and have good communication skills
• In‑depth product manufacturing comprehension including rationales
• Solid working knowledge of regulations (ISO, OSHA, employee relations, etc.)
• Advanced working knowledge of manufacturing systems and solid understanding of manufacturing costs and influences
• Typically requires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
