Electrical Box Assembler-1st Shift

Job Purpose

Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly tasks in support of developmental requirements in pre‑production projects. Works from rough schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub‑assemblies and components.

• Perform a wide variety of mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly operations according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and material handling equipment as needed.
• Initiate process improvements of assigned working area.

• Minimum 2–4 years related experience of production and technical knowledge.
• High school diploma and college courses preferred.
• Must be able to lift and push up to 20 pounds.
• Able to stand all day.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to use hand tools such as an electric driver.
• Able to work 40+ hours a week.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines under supervision.
• Read and understand prints and drawings.

Salary Range (annual): $47,840 - $56,160 ($23.00 - $27.00 per hour). Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
