Manufacturing Supervisor; Day Shift

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail‑oriented, hands‑on, results‑driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to manage all aspects of the quality‑control production process, audits, and ISO compliance. The role ensures that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements, achieves stated objectives, and meets current ISO standards.

• Supervises a single department and/or shift with 2 or more direct reports.
• Supervises the ongoing ISO compliant and cost‑effective manufacture of specific products or sub‑products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply.
• Plans and administers procedures.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for the assigned area.
• Works on problems of moderate scope.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures/policies to determine appropriate action.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups, exchanging or presenting factual information.
• Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi‑skilled non‑exempt employees.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and team‑oriented work environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook e‑mail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum of four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor (preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
