Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Team Leader, Manufacturing to join their team. As a Team Leader, Manufacturing, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Team Leader, Manufacturing
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay: $30/hr Target Range
What's the Job?- Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of operators to meet daily production goals.
- Facilitate daily tier meetings and accountability boards, keeping Supervisors and Managers informed on performance, challenges, and team morale.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability, consistently modeling and reinforcing core values.
- Support the development of operators through training, coaching, and performance feedback in partnership with leadership.
- Execute manufacturing and testing of complex products in compliance with cGMP, ensuring accurate documentation and addressing nonconformance issues.
- 4-6 years of direct manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a lead, trainer, or coaching role.
- Working knowledge of cGMP, Quality System Regulations, and ISO standards, with experience handling nonconformances and CAPAs.
- Hands‑on experience operating and troubleshooting production equipment.
- Strong communication skills across operators, peers, and management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
