Ink Technician

Role and Responsibilities

• Safely handle chemicals and materials.
• Manufacture various inks and pastes.
• Use printing machines as needed.
• Run quality inspection equipment.
• Perform equipment set up, change‑over and low‑level maintenance.
• Assist in developing manufacturing procedures to create the most efficient processes.
• Record, maintain and report quality, inventory and production data.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Other related duties as assigned by supervision.

• BS in Science or Engineering or AS with 2 years of lab or manufacturing experience.
• Experience safely handling chemicals and materials, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Industrial kitchen experience (baking, cooking) could be transferable.
• Experience with Quality Assurance equipment such as viscometers, balances, etc.
• Excellent computer skills:
  Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot chemical lab equipment.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimum supervision.

Based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on‑site, in‑office role. All shifts are open: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd;
Monday‑Friday.

• Salary range: $28.02 – $40.32 per hour.
