As we expand our cutting‑edge manufacturing capabilities, we are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Process Engineer who wants to build a meaningful career and join our dynamic team in Fremont.
Job PurposeThis position will support new product development, sustaining products, and product/sub‑assembly transfers to other sites or suppliers. The primary responsibility is to load Item Masters, Bill of Materials (BoM), and Routing using information shared from Estimating, Programming, and Project Engineers to the Oracle ERP system. The process engineering team collaborates with Design, MFG Project Engineering, Program Management, Estimating, Purchasing, Planning, and other cross‑functional team members.
NatureOf Duties/Responsibilities
- Create new part numbers (PNs) for purchased and manufactured parts in Oracle.
- Enter new BoMs in Oracle.
- Enter Routing, Setup & Run times in Oracle using Operation Labor Standards.
- Perform cost roll of assemblies in Oracle.
- Compare Oracle cost to estimated cost.
- Perform time studies.
- Compare actual Setup and Run times vs quoted times.
- Implement ECO changes in Oracle.
- Perform lot size changes as applicable.
- Strive to improve manufacturing methods, efficiency, and product quality.
- Practice LEAN techniques and be able to participate/facilitate Lean Kaizens.
- Accountable for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data loaded in Oracle.
- Provide status of projects currently in process.
- Apply quality steps to routing as required (data recording, special inspection, FAI, etc.).
- BS Degree in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in process engineering.
- Experience in metal fabrication is a plus.
- Functional knowledge of fabrication tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with various types of finishing and outside processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.

Salary Range (annual): $75,000 - $98,000. Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company‑paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business, and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
