Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator for a growing manufacturing environment in Fremont, CA, supporting the production of printed circuit board assemblies for the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry. This Production Operator role is ideal for someone with strong hand dexterity, patience, and the ability to work with very small components under a microscope. This opportunity offers steady weekday hours, hands‑on training, and the chance to build specialized manufacturing skills in conformal coating, masking, demasking, potting, and circuit board assembly support.

• Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using approved masking materials and production instructions.
• Mask and de‑mask circuit boards according to drawings, process documentation, and verbal or written instructions.
• Perform staking, potting, and coating processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Use tweezers and small hand tools to handle delicate components, including work performed under a microscope.
• Operate or assist with automated dispensing and coating robots as requested.
• Follow quality procedures and production standards to help ensure consistent, reliable finished products.

• Pay: $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

  Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
