Assembler 3 – Day & Swing Shift Opportunities

Location:

Fremont, CA Pay rate: $31 - 34.1 Available Shifts

  • Day Shift Monday – Friday
  • Swing Shift Monday – Friday
Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a leading semiconductor manufacturing team in Fremont, CA. In this role, you will assemble wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) in a Lean manufacturing clean-room environment while following detailed work instructions, schematics, and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate is efficient, quality-focused, adaptable, and committed to maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble wafer fabrication equipment (WFE) using hand tools, fixtures, and torque wrenches.
  • Read and navigate computer-based work instructions, assembly documentation, and schematics.
  • Verify correct parts are delivered and perform visual inspections prior to installation.
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and document work performed.
  • Support production schedules and changing priorities, including rework and pilot builds.
  • Participate in audits by verifying checklists and conducting visual inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
  • Communicate production issues and improvement opportunities to appropriate teams.

  • Climb and work comfortably on a 10-step ladder.
  • Push and pull assembly dollies.
  • Distinguish colors for wire identification.
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Support overtime and changing production priorities when required.
Safety Responsibilities
  • Complete all required safety training.
  • Follow clean-room procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety protocols.
  • Utilize lifting equipment and fixtures safely.
  • Identify and Escalate workplace safety concerns.
  • Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
