Solderer

Our client, an industry leader in electronic manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Solderer to join their team. As a Solderer, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and quality assurance of backplanes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $28-$32.00/hr DOE

Shift: 6am-2:30pm M-F

• Perform solder operations for standard and custom backplanes according to documentation and assembly drawings
• Conduct quality self-inspections of all completed work to ensure high standards
• Perform connector and hardware repairs on backplanes requiring rework or modifications
• Follow detailed instructions and recognize deviations from accepted practices
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support team objectives

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of soldering experience in an electronic manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with soldering hand tools and re-work equipment
  
  Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow detailed instructions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
