As a Production Planner / Master Scheduler, you’ll partner closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to drive on‑time delivery, optimize inventory performance, and resolve production challenges.

What You’ll Do- Manage production control planning activities related to manufacturing and logistics schedule milestones
- Convert planned orders into work orders and material reservations while monitoring execution and delivery schedules
- Perform work order management, closures, back flushing activities, and variance reconciliation
- Monitor inventory locations and resolve inventory discrepancies to improve inventory accuracy and turns
- Partner with Supply Chain and Planning teams on material allocation strategies for constrained suppliers
- Identify material shortages, assess associated risks, and communicate impacts to manufacturing and order fulfillment teams
- Execute bill of material (BOM) change orders and maintain production schedule integrity
- Participate in daily cross‑functional planning meetings to prioritize production activities
- Investigate production control process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions
- Support capacity planning, labor loading, and material planning activities throughout the production cycle
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, production control, master scheduling, or manufacturing operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 3+ years of experience using SAP or comparable MRP/ERP systems
- 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing schedules, inventory management, and work order processing
- Strong production control and master scheduling experience
- Proven experience working in a lean manufacturing, repetitive manufacturing, or pulse‑line production environment
- Advanced SAP knowledge and material planning expertise
- Experience analyzing inventory variances and implementing corrective actions
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels
- Previous semiconductor industry experience
- Prior experience supporting high‑volume manufacturing operations
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- Training period requires onsite attendance 5 days per week
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
- Occasional overtime may be required to support manufacturing schedules and customer commitments
