Position SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you won't just be putting parts together—you will be assembling the complex mechanical and electro‑mechanical systems powering the next generation of data centers.

Nature ofDuties & Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of complex mechanical and electro‑mechanical assembly operations by following blueprints, engineering drawings, diagrams, or verbal/written instructions.
- Safely and skillfully operate hand tools, power tools (such as electric drivers), and material handling equipment.
- Actively initiate and suggest process improvements to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety within your assigned work area.
- Multitask and prioritize your workload effectively to meet strict production deadlines under supervisor guidance.
- Perform in‑process visual and mechanical testing using specialized devices to identify defects.
- 2 - 5 years of related production, electro‑mechanical assembly or technical experience.
- Key practical experience with calibrated instruments such as calipers, torque wrenches, pressure and temperature gauges.
- High school diploma required. Associate degree or technical degree preferred.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering prints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift (all day).
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and push up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to work a standard 40‑hour work week, with the flexibility to work overtime (40+ hours) as needed to meet production goals.

Salary RangeSalary Range (annual): $47,840 ($23/hour) - $62,400 ($30/hour)
