Manufacturing Logistics Associate

Our client, an industry leader in automotive manufacturing operations, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Logistics Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Logistics Associate, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting warehouse and production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Manage all warehouse material flow processes to and from the dock to production and shipping areas using various transport methods.

Utilize systems technology to input, retrieve inventory data, and process material movements efficiently throughout the warehouse.

Assess material needs for production areas during shifts and pull materials using information systems to support the production schedule.

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through physical and systemic audits, ensuring inventory accuracy.

Support warehouse safety standards, maintain a clean work environment through 5S practices, and demonstrate initiative to drive operational results.

High School Degree or GED with 5+ years of industry experience.

Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Experience with SAP is a plus.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Ability to operate warehousing equipment.
