Overview
This is a 12-month onsite role in Fremont, CA.
Job SummarySupport material flow, shipping operations, receiving, and MRB activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are accurately tracked, delivered on time, and processed through shipping and MRB workflows without delays.
Responsibilities- Support receiving, material handling, and delivery activities
- Coordinate outbound shipments, packaging, and logistics scheduling
- Track material movement using SAP / RFID inventory tracking systems
- Process and monitor MRB and non-conforming material workflows
- Follow up with stakeholders to drive actions and prevent backlog
- Ensure accurate material tagging, scanning, and location tracking
- Monitor shipment schedules and communicate resource needs or risks
- Support cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or material operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience with inventory, ERP, or material tracking systems preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
