Project Manager with semiconductor knowledge
- Lead the development and integration of SECSGEM interfaces for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Configure equipment to communicate with host systems (e.g., setting communication parameters, defining data‑collection variables).
- Create and manage Siemens Camstar OpCenter modeling recipes for equipment, including download, upload, and validation.
- Collect real‑time data from equipment sensors and processes.
- Monitor equipment status and performance metrics, implementing data‑collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC).
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks to support continuous improvement.
- Document and apply Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices.
- Manage projects using project‑management software and methodologies, providing estimates, status updates, and user story point estimates.
- Conduct fit‑gap analysis for process modeling and standardization with area leads and SMEs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to translate factory automation requirements into MES development specifications.
- Mentor and develop team members, building leadership from within.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management with a focus on semiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of MES systems architecture, configuration, deployment, and integration.
- Deep understanding of SEMI E30 (SECSGEM) standards, message structure, data formats, and communication protocols.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and advanced automation.
- Proficiency in GUI, tool scheduling, recipe management, and factory automation (SECSGEM).
- Strong knowledge of design‑for‑manufacturability (DFM) principles and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with relevant industry standards and regulations.
