Project Manager – Semiconductor Automation

• Role:
  Project Manager with semiconductor knowledge

• Lead the development and integration of SECSGEM interfaces for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Configure equipment to communicate with host systems (e.g., setting communication parameters, defining data‑collection variables).
• Create and manage Siemens Camstar OpCenter modeling recipes for equipment, including download, upload, and validation.
• Collect real‑time data from equipment sensors and processes.
• Monitor equipment status and performance metrics, implementing data‑collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC).
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks to support continuous improvement.
• Document and apply Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices.
• Manage projects using project‑management software and methodologies, providing estimates, status updates, and user story point estimates.
• Conduct fit‑gap analysis for process modeling and standardization with area leads and SMEs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to translate factory automation requirements into MES development specifications.
• Mentor and develop team members, building leadership from within.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management with a focus on semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MES systems architecture, configuration, deployment, and integration.
• Deep understanding of SEMI E30 (SECSGEM) standards, message structure, data formats, and communication protocols.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and advanced automation.
• Proficiency in GUI, tool scheduling, recipe management, and factory automation (SECSGEM).
• Strong knowledge of design‑for‑manufacturability (DFM) principles and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with relevant industry standards and regulations.
