Department: Manufacturing / Assembly

Select Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to support its high-tech manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for assembling parts and components into finished products using specialized tools and equipment, contributing to our commitment to precision, quality, and innovation.

• Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components following schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions
• Operate hand and power tools to complete product builds
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure product integrity
• Maintain clean and organized work spaces and comply with safety protocols
• Document completed work and report issues to leadership
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and resolve assembly challenges
