Graveyard Shift - Drilling Operator job at Manpower Group in Fremont, CA. Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing in printed circuit boards (PCBs) for high‑tech industries such as aerospace, medical, defense, and communications. A careful, precise, and reliable operator is needed to support the manufacturing department on the graveyard shift.
Job Title: Graveyard Shift – Drilling Operator
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay Range: $22–$26 per hour
Shift: Night shift – approximately 5 to 6 hours per day
Responsibilities- Operate mechanical and CNC drilling equipment used in PCB fabrication with high accuracy
- Set up, load, secure, and align PCB panels to ensure precise hole placement
- Perform routing, V‑scoring, and beveling operations based on daily production needs
- Inspect drilled and routed panels for quality, defects, and conformity using microscopes and gauges
- Maintain equipment and work environment following safety and cleanliness standards
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and specifications
- Basic computer skills; experience with Windows‑based systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE as required
