Assembly Service Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an Assembly Service Technician for a contract opportunity in Fremont, CA. This role supports manufacturing and assembly operations by building, packing, and preparing custom assemblies that meet customer specifications, quality standards, and daily production goals.

The Assembly Service Technician will work in a hands‑on production environment alongside planners, buyers, estimators, warehouse associates, and operations leadership. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience who enjoys detailed work, teamwork, process improvement, and contributing to on‑time customer delivery.

• Build custom assemblies according to job instructions, customer specifications, certification guidelines, and approved production processes.
• Support daily production goals by completing assigned assemblies accurately and on schedule.
• Work with production planners, buyers, estimators, and warehouse team members to produce, pack, and ship completed assemblies.
• Follow standard work procedures, quality requirements, and lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through assigned housekeeping duties.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support quality objectives related to shipping, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and productivity.

• Pay range: $25 to $27.50 per hour.
