Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you won't just be putting parts together—you will be assembling the complex mechanical and electro-mechanical systems powering the next generation of data centers.

Nature ofDuties & Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations by following blueprints, engineering drawings, diagrams, or verbal/written instructions.
- Safely and skillfully operate hand tools, power tools (such as electric drivers), and material handling equipment.
- Actively initiate and suggest process improvements to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety within your assigned work area.
- Multitask and prioritize your workload effectively to meet strict production deadlines under supervisor guidance.
- Perform in-process visual and mechanical testing using specialized devices to identify defects.
- 2 - 5 years of related production, electro-mechanical assembly or technical experience.
- Key practical experience with calibrated instruments such as calipers, torque wrenches, pressure and temperature gauges.
- High school diploma required. Associate degree or technical degree preferred.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering prints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift (all day).
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and push up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to work a standard 40-hour work week, with the flexibility to work overtime (40+ hours) as needed to meet production goals.
- This position is first shift. 6AM - 2:30PM

Salary Range (annual): $47,840 ($23/hour) - $62,400 ($30/hour) — Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business, and depending on the role may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
