Production Clerk

As our fast-growing client is rapidly expanding, Johnson Service Group is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Production Clerk to join their fast-paced team. This is a contract position with the ability to convert to full-time based on performance.

Payrate: $20 for the Day Shift (6:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.) and $21.50 for the Swing Shift (3:45 p.m. – 12:15 a.m.).

• Generate run cards for manufacturing work orders and print production labels.
• Maintain and report on floor stock and consumables inventory.
• Conduct finished goods (FIN) bin audits.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Production Leads to align on daily priorities.
• Transact material transfer requests for replacement parts (DOA).
• Inspect non‑conforming material requests (NCR) and resolve discrepancies in warehouse receiving logs.
• Complete routine data entry and perform other duty‑related tasks as assigned.

• Attention to detail – high accuracy in logging data, inspecting materials, and auditing inventory.
• Communication – ability to follow written and verbal instructions and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Technical proficiency – basic working knowledge of standard office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and databases.

• Regularly lift, push, pull, or move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods during shift.
• Safely climb and work from ladders as needed.

• Minimum of 6 months related warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
