Crystal Fabrication Tech

Gooch & Housego Keene seeks a Crystal Fabrication Tech to produce precision optical crystals for photonics systems in aerospace, defense, industrial, and life science markets. You will set up and operate cutting, grinding, lapping, and polishing equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and inspect parts using microscopes and metrology tools to meet tight optical and dimensional tolerances. Working in a clean, collaborative environment, you'll support continuous improvement, maintain accurate production records, and help ensure high-reliability components that power critical customer applications.
