Load long metal poles, typically weighing between 15 and 30 pounds, into threading machines in a safe and efficient manner.;
Operate threading and related CNC or manual machines to produce threaded components according to specifications.;
Perform thread rolling by feeding blank screws into the thread roller to form accurate and consistent thread lines.;
Inspect screws and other components to confirm they match required specifications and are correct for the application.;
Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to take precise measurements and verify dimensional accuracy.
