Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Lead Operator – Manufacturing to join their team. As a Lead Operator – Manufacturing, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of operators to meet daily production goals.
- Facilitate daily tier meetings and accountability boards, keeping Supervisors/Managers informed on performance, challenges, and team morale.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability, consistently modeling and reinforcing core values.
- Support the development of operators through training and performance feedback in partnership with leadership.
- Execute manufacturing and testing of complex products in compliance with cGMP, ensuring accurate documentation and addressing nonconformance issues.
What's Needed?
- 3-4 years of direct manufacturing and leadership experience with 1+ year in a lead, trainer, or coaching role.
- Working knowledge of cGMP, Quality System Regulations, and ISO standards, with experience handling nonconformances and CAPAs.
- Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting production equipment.
- Strong communication skills across operators, peers, and management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
