As an Assembly Technician, you will be instrumental in the precise assembly of components, supporting Bloom Energy’s mission to create sustainable energy solutions. • Perform detailed and complex assembly of products according to specifications and instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Select and incorporate materials from kit carts to ensure efficient workflow.
• Operate various machinery and hand tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Evaluate production processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify that every product meets company standards.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Support team objectives by performing additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• 12-hour shifts available: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.
• Work schedule alternates weekly: 3 days one week, 4 days the next.

• Competitive hourly pay starting at $23–$25, with a 15% shift differential for night shifts.

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour
