As an Assembly Technician, you will be instrumental in the precise assembly of components, supporting Bloom Energy’s mission to create sustainable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities:- Perform detailed and complex assembly of products according to specifications and instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Select and incorporate materials from kit carts to ensure efficient workflow.
- Operate various machinery and hand tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Evaluate production processes and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify that every product meets company standards.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Support team objectives by performing additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly procedures.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- 12-hour shifts available: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.
- Work schedule alternates weekly: 3 days one week, 4 days the next.
- Competitive hourly pay starting at $23–$25, with a 15% shift differential for night shifts.

$23.00 to $25.00 per hour
