Production Technician

  Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.50 per hour
• Status:
  Temp-to-Perm with potential for permanent placement
• Overtime:
  Mandatory

• Operate and maintain a variety of precision tools including sanders, grinders, mills, saws, and measurement equipment to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
• Handle and load ceramic powder into elastomeric tooling, preparing semi-densified parts for further processing.
• Follow detailed in-house work instructions while strictly observing safety and quality standards.
• Assist in diverse tasks across different shop areas, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Receive training in powder handling, including loading elastomeric tooling with ceramic powder, and in the joining of metal and ceramic materials using soldering techniques.
• Support manufacturing processes by preparing and assembling parts of various sizes and shapes with precision.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and safely.
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning and performing multiple production tasks.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools.
• Flexibility to assist in different shop functions as needed.
