Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Pack finished products in accordance with work instructions and customer specifications (including bagging, boxing, labeling, and kitting).
- Conduct visual quality inspections during packaging to identify and report product defects prior to shipment.
- Adhere to cleanroom protocols (gowning, contamination control, and sanitary standards) for cleanroom-designated assignments.
- Apply lot numbers, labels, and traceability documentation accurately to outgoing packages.
- Verify physical item counts against work orders, shipping manifests, and packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized packaging area and monitor local supply inventories.
- Consistently meet output and pacing targets while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
