A leading technology manufacturing organization is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator I to join its production team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Successful candidates will have a stable work history, a strong work ethic, and experience working with tools, mechanical assemblies, electronics, computer hardware, or related manufacturing processes.

The Manufacturing Operator I is responsible for assembling, configuring, and preparing technology products according to established procedures and quality standards. This position requires the ability to follow detailed work instructions, perform manual assembly tasks, and work collaboratively with production teams to meet operational goals.

• Follow work instructions, procedures, and production sequences to assemble products accurately.
• Perform assembly operations on components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Install computer hardware and related components into system chassis.
• Assemble and configure racks according to specifications.

• Move materials between production, warehouse, and designated work areas.
• Unpack incoming production materials and package completed products.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area.

• Utilize hand tools and power screwdrivers to install brackets, labels, and components.
• Install rails and hardware according to rack specifications.
• Identify, scan, and verify labels for production orders.
• Label cables using cable-labeling equipment and ensure accuracy.
• Route and install cabling for racks and server components.

• Follow manufacturing documentation and quality procedures.
• Verify completed work meets specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate records and production documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and workplace safety initiatives.

• Perform other production-related responsibilities as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to effectively work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and production processes.
• Experience with hand tools, computer hardware, electronics assembly, or mechanical assembly preferred.
• Personal experience building, repairing, or upgrading computers is a plus.
• Stable employment history preferred.

• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
