This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, engineering, and marketing, and will help translate advanced power electronics, modular inverter architecture, domestic manufacturing strategy, and lifecycle serviceability into compelling customer value propositions.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in utility-scale solar, power conversion, energy storage, electrical infrastructure, or industrial technology. This person should be comfortable working with technical teams and be able to communicate complex product capabilities in clear, customer‑centered language.

The Product Marketing Manager will support go‑to‑market initiatives for Nextpower’s inverter and power conversion offerings, including utility‑scale solar inverter products and related power conversion platforms that help customers improve project performance, uptime, serviceability, and long‑term value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Messaging and Positioning:
Develop differentiated product messaging, value propositions, and positioning for Nextpower inverter and power conversion products, translating technical capabilities into customer benefits
  • Sales Enablement:
Equip sales teams with tools, content, and training to support customer conversations, including presentations, one‑pagers, datasheets, FAQs, objection handling, and launch materials
  • Launch Planning:
Build and coordinate go‑to‑market plans for new inverter products, updates, and commercial milestones in close partnership with product management, sales, marketing, and engineering
  • Customer Storytelling:
Create clear, outcome‑focused narratives around utility‑scale performance, modularity, reliability, uptime, serviceability, domestic supply chain confidence, and integration with the broader Nextpower platform
  • Market and Customer Insights:
Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and buyer pain points across developers, EPCs, IPPs, utilities, asset owners, and O&M stakeholders
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, sales enablement, legal, and regional teams to ensure consistent product communication and launch readiness
  • Content Development:
Drive development of product collateral, campaign assets, website content, customer presentations, sales tools, internal training materials, and event messaging
  • Voice of Customer:
Partner with sales and product teams to gather customer feedback, refine messaging, and ensure product marketing outputs address real project and procurement challenges
  • Platform Positioning:
Help articulate how Nextpower inverter products fit into the company’s integrated clean energy technology platform spanning trackers, eBOS, controls, software, services, power conversion, and storage
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, product management, technical marketing, sales enablement, or related roles in an industrial, energy, electrical, or infrastructure technology field
  • Experience with utility‑scale solar, power conversion, inverters, energy storage, grid infrastructure, electrical balance of system, or renewable energy markets strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
  • Comfortable working with engineers and product managers, with the ability to understand technical concepts and use correct terminology
  • Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling skills across technical and commercial audiences
  • Experience developing product launch plans, sales enablement tools, customer presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Ability to gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights
  • Adept at building slide decks and presenting to internal and customer‑facing audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, global environment
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams
