Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in California. This outpatient-only position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to an underserved and diverse community. With no call responsibilities, you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance while making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our patients.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $155,000-$180,000 annually

- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California (or eligibility to obtain).
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Previous experience in primary care or community health preferred.
- A commitment to serving underserved populations in a community health setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
