You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, person-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.##

Responsibilities
* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
* Provide compassionate care while promoting resident independence and dignity
* Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
* Take and record vital signs as directed
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident comfort measures
* Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines
* Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes## Qualifications
* Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
