• Provide Direct Patient Care – Deliver on‑site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
• Conduct Patient Assessments – Assess, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate and Support Patients – Guide patients and families through expectations, side effects, and disease management.
• Ensure Compliance and Quality – Maintain accurate EHR records, review documentation, uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Optimize Clinical Workflows – Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams – Work closely with providers and cross‑functional teams to enhance coordination.
• Support Operations and Training – Assist in inventory, authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Flexibility and Adaptability – Work at multiple facilities within the designated market as needed.
• Perform Additional Duties – Take on other responsibilities as assigned.

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Background in ambulatory infusion or outpatient specialty clinic a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills – biologics, medication management, emergency response protocols.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Pay is based on factors such as market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations. In addition to cash pay, full‑time employees receive 401(k), health benefits, and other company‑provided benefits.
