Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Endocrinology.

• Opportunity to care for patients with Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and osteoporosis, with the ability to expand clinical expertise into additional endocrine conditions based on experience and interest
• Endocrinology experience preferred

• 6 months to a 1 year related clinical experience
• Current California State NP or PA License
• CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
• Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP?s
• Active DEA registration
• On-site role

• At least 1 year of Endocrinology clinical experience, including management of patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis
