The Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) LVN supports PACT - specialty and mental health teams by delivering Veteran-centered care under RN or provider supervision. The LVN administers medications, collects data, coordinates care and educates patients to promote safety and positive outcomes through compassionate, holistic care.
Qualifications include graduation from an approved practical nursing program and active licensure with proficiency in English as required by VA policies.
