American Traveler is hiring an RN
- Home Health for a field position in Alameda or Contra Costa County requiring an active CA RN license and prior home health experience.
- Field-based Home Health position covering Alameda or Contra Costa County
- Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekend work required as needed
- No on-call responsibilities
- Uses Kinnser/Well Sky charting system, with training provided
- Active CA RN license required in hand at time of consideration
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
- OASIS experience required
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home setting
