School Nurse; Licensed Practical Nurse; Fremont, CA

Your primary responsibility will be to accompany a pre‑K student on the bus to and from school, ensuring safety and well‑being along the way.

This position offers a unique schedule, with shifts beginning at 8:45am for pick‑up and concluding at 11:40am after drop‑off. You'll work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (enjoying every Thursday off), totaling 15 hours each week. The student attends a pre‑K program, and you’ll be an essential support system during these transitions.

• Current LPN or LVN license in California
• Previous experience in pediatric, school, or special needs settings is preferred
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to meet the bus on time
• Compassionate attitude and ability to provide personalized care

• Accompany student on the bus between home and school
• Provide attentive health support and monitoring during transit
• Communicate effectively with bus staff, school personnel, and caregivers
• Document care and report any incidents or concerns appropriately
• Foster a positive and safe experience for the student each day
