Client Service Representative

Grow your veterinary career today! Central Veterinary Hospital is a well-established veterinary general practice located in Fremont. We are searching for a full-time Client Service Representative or Receptionist to join our team in Fremont, CA. We’re offering an hourly rate of $20 - 25/h based on experience, along with career growth potential and comprehensive benefits. We are looking for compassionate, motivated team players committed to excellent client service and interested in the field of veterinary medicine.

• Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service veterinary or medical setting
• Are comfortable around cats and dogs
• Strive to provide each client with compassion and care
• Are team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Have at least a High school diploma or equivalent

• General front desk duties: greeting clients, booking appointments, etc
• Rooming patients and taking a brief history
• Client communication
• Managing phone lines
• Cleaning and disinfecting the hospital
• Carrying out tasks as requested by the veterinarian
• Medical records management
