What To Expect

We are seeking an energetic, team‑oriented people‑person to manage the performance of Quality technicians on shift. The supervisor will lead a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and compliance with production floor and product quality requirements while maintaining strong technical proficiency.

• Guide and coordinate technicians on shift, owning their training and adherence to quality procedures and specifications
• Drive improvement activities to increase team knowledge and capability
• Align with the quality engineering team to support incoming quality activities
• Work from schematics, diagrams, layouts, defined plans, and written/verbal instructions
• Maintain quality performance metrics and drive issues to root‑cause solutions
• Audit the manufacturing line against released manufacturing processes and procedures
• Provide coaching and training to technicians and inspectors, define goals and performance metrics

• Understanding of general manufacturing processes, quality methodologies, and team leadership
• Adaptability to a variable work schedule, including compressed week and night shift
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail, flexibility, and prioritization
• Capability to provide constructive feedback to subordinates
• Maintenance of confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
• Ability to multitask and adapt to continual change
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for 10+ hours per day, wear an air‑purifying respirator when needed, lift 10–20 lbs regularly, perform repetitive hand and wrist motions, and occasionally twist and bend
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs and work in a loud environment

$96,000 - $144,000 annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits (pay may vary by location and individual factors).
