This role follows established analytical procedures, validates and troubleshoots test methods, and maintains accurate laboratory documentation. The technician works closely with Quality, Production, and R&D teams, handles hazardous materials safely, and supports process control through precise data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

+ Perform chemical, physical, and instrumental testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and customer product samples using techniques such as volumetric and gravimetric analyses, pH measurement, FTIR, specific gravity (SPG), refractive index (RI), and other instrumental methods.

+ Conduct functional testing, including IACS and thermal conductivity measurements, as needed to support product evaluation and quality assurance.

+ Follow written analytical procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and accurate testing.

+ Validate established analytical methods and troubleshoot testing procedures to maintain and improve product quality.

+ Collect, enter, review, and validate test data in WinLIMS or similar data management systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

+ Perform calculations based on test results and submit data for review and approval by the appropriate supervisor or manager.
