System Test Engineer

$50.00/hr - $85.00/hr

Salary Range: 45-85 Per Hour/with potential negotiation based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Interview Process: 1st-Video Interview, 2nd

We’re looking for an experienced engineer to support system-level testing, troubleshooting, and certification efforts for advanced aerospace and power distribution systems. This role combines hands‑on test execution with cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

• Operate and maintain integrated system test assets
• Develop and automate test plans, procedures, and scripts
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers
• Support certification and safety compliance

• B.S./M.S. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• 3+ years of system-level testing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of aircraft systems or high‑voltage power distribution
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to travel between test facilities as needed

• Familiarity with aerospace standards (DO‑160, DO‑178, ARP
  4754A)
• Experience with NI tools (LabVIEW, Veri Stand, PXI)
• Skills in Linux, Python/C++, or CAD (NX)
• Prior aircraft verification/certification testing experience
