Quality Technician

Our client, an innovative leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Support team supporting cross-functional collaboration with Vehicle Engineering, Corporate Quality, and Supplier Quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Support the Manufacturing Engineering team by performing root cause analysis on vehicle issues

+ Read technical drawings and CAD models to understand part design and assembly processes

+ Communicate findings effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate troubleshooting

+ Develop and document troubleshooting techniques and quality procedures

+ Create and update quality documentation, including training plans and quality alerts

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 5 years of experience as a quality technician in manufacturing environments

+ Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD models

+ Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems

+ Experience performing root cause analysis and reading PFMEA and Control Plans

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
