Ensure production line process compliance and prevent quality escapes by auditing operator execution against SOP, control plan, and work instructions.

• Production Line Process Patrol
  • Conduct routine patrol audits on production lines
  • Verify operators follow SOP, WI, control plan, torque specs, ESD rules, labeling requirements
  • Identify process deviations in real time
• Process Compliance Monitoring
  • Perform process audits to verify:
  • Correct tool usage
  • Calibration status
  • BOM alignment
  • Revision control
• Immediate Risk Containment
  • Stop production if critical non-compliance found
  • Escalate to QE or PQE lead/QA manager needed
  • Initiate containment actions
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Record audit findings
  • Track recurring violations
  • Support trend analysis
  • Provide weekly compliance report
• Training & Reinforcement
  • Reinforce SOP understanding on the floor
  • Support retraining of operators when gaps identified
  • Provide feedback to MP PQE for process improvement

• 3–5 years manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of SOP / ISO / basic QC tools
• Understanding of ESD, torque control, traceability
• Good communication skills
• Authority mindset but collaborative approach
