** Scientist I
** with hands-on cell culture experience who is eager to contribute to assay development in a collaborative laboratory environment.

** Responsibilities*
* + Perform routine mammalian cell culture, including maintenance, expansion, and engineered cell line development.

+ Support cell line generation, characterization, and clonal selection.

+ Execute cell-based assays using established technologies and analyze experimental results.

+ Accurately document, organize, and present experimental data.

+ Maintain laboratory records and databases in compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and development goals.

+ Follow all laboratory safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.

** Qualifications*
* + Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays.

+ Strong laboratory documentation and data analysis skills.

+ Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

+ Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative R&D team.
