    Schedule:

    Sunday through Thursday
    Pay Range: $23 to $25 Per Hour

    What You’ll Do
    • Assist the Chef in managing daily kitchen operations by supervising staff, coordinating deliveries, and properly handling meats, produce, and baked goods.
    • Train and mentor line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers to uphold kitchen standards.
    • Ensure and maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
    • Oversee food preparation, including measuring, cooking, seasoning, and plating.
    • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes by following standardized recipes, ensuring proper seasoning, doneness, and presentation.
    • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas while efficiently managing food inventory and production prep.
    • Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
    • Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
    Qualifications
    • Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
    • At least two (2) years of culinary experience
    • Formal culinary training or degree preferred
    • Supervisor experience preferred
