What it’s like at our site(s)
  • Safety. Your safety is important to us, so we provide safe working conditions.
  • Surroundings. You'll be working in a retail warehouse environment with various equipment – shopping carts, pallet jacks, stock dollies, and a variety of products, including food and alcoholic beverages. You'll also interact with our digital shopping technology.
  • Activity. Work involves frequent movement between different areas, standing while conducting most tasks, and some lifting. You may need to reach into coolers or freezers.
  • Noise level. Sound levels are minimal, what one would expect in a retail warehouse environment.
  • Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, slip‑resistant, closed‑toe shoes are also required for safety. Additional protective and visibility gear may be required.
  • New site opening:
If you’re applying to a site that hasn’t opened yet, you’ll help prepare the team for its first customer orders. This may include tasks like setting up shelving and unloading product deliveries. You’ll also have an extended training and onboarding period, which may be at a nearby Amazon site.

  • Maintain a key to the site, and open and close following the proper procedures.
  • Handle a wide assortment of products including produce, meat, seafood, and alcoholic beverages.
  • Receive truck deliveries.
  • Collaborate with both associates and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
