Compensation Range: $16.90 to $18.90 Hourly

Transfer Driver – support U-Haul by transporting equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships, and the repair shop, ensuring customers receive high‑quality service.

• Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
• Transport U-Haul equipment between U-Haul centers, dealerships and the repair shop.
• Perform visual inspections of equipment.
• Maintain a driver log.
• Assist in additional areas as directed by supervisor.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use mobile transfer programs.
• D.O.T. certification if required – can be sponsored by U-Haul.

• Work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions (e.g., moving parts, machines, fumes, chemicals).
• May need protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
• Requires some physical exertion, including long periods indoors and outdoors while stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs (assisted or unassisted).
