Take an active role and partner with the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, POS operations, inventory management, and donations.;
Assume responsibility for all daily store operations in the Store Manager's absence, including personnel and cash handling.;
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive store sales and profitability as budgeted.;
Schedule store employees to ensure proper coverage and coordinate daily meetings; maintain payroll records and attendance edits.;
Assist with hiring, training, directing the store team, performance coaching, and staff development.
