Mission Fremont Cashier

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers and answer their questions in a professional manner.
• Identify product items properly.
• Scan customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all cash handling procedures and complete the process accurately and efficiently.
• Bag items properly.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone or in person with appropriate etiquette.
• Conduct customer returns and exchanges in compliance with the company's policies.
• Properly handle customer suggestions and complaints for customer retention.
• Review, create, and apply new batches. Update prices in the system. Make various sizes of price tags, and ensure price tags and signage are correctly labeled.
• Process online orders according to company procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, and comply with internal procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed for business needs.

• Prefer Bilingual:
  English and Chinese.
• Able to periodically stand for long periods.
• Able to carry objects over 25 lbs.
• Available to work flexible schedules (afternoon shifts, weekends & holidays).
• Non-US Citizen applicants must have a legal work permit.

The pay range for this job is between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) the responsibilities of the job, your education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
