Position: Senior Account Executive (Trade Show Booth Sales)

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and set approach strategies
  • Develop strong and long-term client relationships
  • Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Support sales team and clients with new features and product launches
  • Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement
  • Set and monitor sales targets
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Senior account executive
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Job Highlights
  • COMMISSION-ONLY COMPENDATION MODEL – This role is performance-based with uncapped earning potential, designed for driven sales professionals who thrive in a high-reward environment.
  • 21% Commission on New Product Sales – Earn a generous 21% of gross margin on all newly sold products
  • 15% Commission on Graphics, Rentals, AV & Freight – Receive 15% on graphics, rental services, audiovisual, and freight-related sales tied to your accounts.
  • 15% Commission on Established Accounts – Once an account is fully transitioned and locked, earn 15% on repeat business from established customers.
  • 100% Remote
  • Must have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience selling custom trade show booth solutions
  • Ideally, you will come with an existing list of contacts to reach out to
  • This is a hunting not a Farming sales role
  • Willingness to travel 10%
Compensation
  • $300,000 - $400,000 / year
