This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle of a project—from developing relationships and identifying opportunities to estimating work and closing deals.

• Develop new business relationships with general contractors, owners, and repeat clients
• Identify upcoming commercial drywall opportunities in the East Bay market
• Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial drywall projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Collaborate with operations and project management to ensure smooth handoffs
• Negotiate pricing and close awarded projects
• Track leads, bids, and project outcomes

• Experience in commercial drywall estimating and/or sales
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Proven relationship-building and business development skills
